Reliance on any information provided by PRP London Clinic, its employees, others appearing on the Site at the invitation of PRP London Clinic, or other visitors to the Site is solely at your own risk.
4. Appointments and Consultations
- Booking: All appointments are subject to availability. A consultation is required before most treatments to assess suitability. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or not in your best interest.
- Fees and Payment: Fees for consultations and treatments are as per our current price list, which is available upon request or on our Site. Full payment is typically required on the day of treatment or as otherwise agreed. We accept all major credit/debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfer.
- Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Deposits: We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment giving at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be refunded in full or, at your request, transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 10 working days.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend your appointment, any deposit paid for the appointment will be forfeited.
- For recurring patients who have not paid a deposit, a £50 cancellation charge will be incurred if less than 48 hours' notice is given.
- This policy applies to both cancellations and rescheduling requests.
- Deposits and Consultation Fees:
- If you attend your consultation and proceed with treatment on the same day, your deposit is redeemed in full against the cost of that treatment.
- If you attend your consultation but do not proceed with treatment on the same day, your deposit is applied towards the cost of the consultation and is not refundable.
- If you choose to have treatment on a later day, the full price of the treatment is payable at that time. The deposit from your original booking remains applied to the consultation and cannot be redeemed against the treatment.
- For clarity: a deposit is only redeemable against treatment where the treatment takes place on the same day as the consultation, and not on any other day.
- Lateness: If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full duration of your scheduled treatment or may need to reschedule, which could be subject to our cancellation policy. We will do our best to accommodate you where possible.
5. Suitability for Treatment and Results
Prior to any treatment, you will have a consultation with one of our qualified medical practitioners to assess your suitability. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history information.
While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, results from aesthetic treatments can vary from person to person due to individual factors such as age, skin type, lifestyle, and medical history. We cannot guarantee specific results. Our practitioners will discuss realistic expectations with you during your consultation.
Post-treatment care instructions will be provided, and it is important that you follow these to aid your recovery and optimise results.
