Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Conditions for Return

For a return to be eligible, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. For skincare, this means seals must be intact.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used, due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
